DocuPrune plugin
Convert chosen documents through the DocuPrune website, review their actual results and save Markdown or a batch archive.
Availability
The plugin is distributed directly through the DocuPrune repository, which includes installation instructions. It is not currently listed or approved in OpenAI's public plugin directory. You can also use the website without installing a plugin.
How it works
This is a desktop browser workflow. It requires a compatible desktop session with browser control and access to the files you choose. It does not supply a remote conversion API or a copy of the conversion engine.
- Choose a document or ask to try one of the public samples.
- The assistant operates the website and waits for each requested result.
- Review the output, including table columns and important numbers.
- Save the actual downloaded Markdown or batch ZIP to your chosen location.
Result verification
The workflow checks completed rows, real downloads and requested output structure. These checks do not establish that every extracted character is correct. Scans, complex layouts and Arabic-Indic numerals can need manual review against the original. Failed or unverifiable files must be reported.
Your files and the conversation
Document conversion happens in the website's browser workspace. Content the assistant reads or returns to the conversation becomes available to the assistant and its platform. A request to download only should not print document content into the chat.
