Report a problem

Include your plugin version, browser and operating system, the file format, the action you tried and the visible error. If possible, reproduce it with a public sample or a synthetic sample that contains no private information.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents, payment details or confidential documents. Remove private information from screenshots. We do not need your original document to begin investigating.

Before reporting an unexpected result

1. Check the individual file's status rather than only the batch progress bar.
2. Open Review and compare the affected passage or table with the original.
3. For scans, check the reading language and important numbers.
4. Check that the download contains the requested result. Report partial batches as partial.

Conversion checks cannot guarantee every character or layout. Keep the original document and review important output before relying on it.
