DocuPrune plugin privacy notice

Updated 27 October 2026. This notice covers the DocuPrune desktop browser workflow and the website features it uses.

Publisher and contact

DocuPrune is responsible for this integration and its support mailbox. For questions or requests to access or delete information you sent to support, email abanoubibrahim35@gmail.com.

Chosen documents and results

The website processes selected documents in the browser. This plugin does not add a document-upload endpoint, a remote conversion service, account credentials or its own telemetry. The workflow uses filenames, file contents and conversion results only as needed to complete the conversion and verification you request.

The website downloads application assets, public samples and reading models when needed. Those network requests are different from uploading your document for conversion.

Browser storage and downloads

Temporary task checkpoints and cached result artifacts have a 24 hours expiry from their latest update. If you explicitly choose to keep a conversion for seven days, its resumable task checkpoint uses that longer expiry; finished result artifacts retain their separate 24-hour expiry. Expiry is enforced when the application accesses or sweeps local records, not by a background timer while the browser is closed.

Clear the workspace or the site's browser data to remove local work. Browser data also includes interface preferences and cached application or reading-model assets. Files you download remain on your device until you delete them; browser expiry does not delete downloaded files.

Assistant and platform access

When you ask an assistant to select files, inspect results or return text, the assistant and its platform can receive that content through their tools and the conversation. The platform's privacy policy and your account settings govern that processing and conversation retention. Browser processing does not mean that content returned to the assistant stays exclusively inside the website. Ask for download-only output if you do not want document text printed in the chat.

Website traffic

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Network services receive the technical request information needed to serve and protect the site. When configured, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page traffic and performance. The integration does not send document contents or filenames as analytics events. Cloudflare handles its service data under its privacy policy.

Support messages

If you contact support, your email address and the message or attachments you choose to send reach the publisher's Gmail mailbox and Google's email infrastructure. They are used to answer and investigate your request. Mailbox records remain until deleted; you can request deletion through the support address. Provider backups and legally required records may remain under the provider's retention practices. Please use synthetic examples rather than private documents.

Your choices

Choose which files to convert, review important output, control the optional longer local retention, clear browser data and delete local downloads. Manage conversation history through your assistant platform. Contact support for questions about messages you sent us. This integration does not sell document content or add advertising profiling.
